We usually stay here for leisure and to celebrate occasions. This stay somehow was not as good experience compared to our previous visit. There’s a bad smell in the bathroom though tolerable, not sure if from sink or towels or from anywhere. And also, I informed the staff during my check in that my husband will arrive around 3am, and be needing the support from front desk to help him enter. It ended up I needed to go out for him because the man at the lobby did not let him open the door for keycard (parking and room). Anyway, this is our favourite hotel to stay. Comfortable and easy access.

The reception staff are friendly, respectful, and helpful. I wasn't keen on the hotel when I first arrived but it grew on me. It met all my basic needs, including ironing board & iron as standard. The room is cleaned daily. Good and effective Wi-Fi. There is tea and coffee available in the room. It's value for money. The location is good with easy access to public transport and city centre. There's a lot I actually liked about this hotel. The room is a good size but no viewings, and the window was shut throughout my stay. However, that was fine by me.

I’ve been staying in this hotel since 2015 until now every times if I go holiday in Perth. I can see there is a lot improvement from many aspects including room and service. The commitment from the management team towards this project has shown that their commitment to hospitality industry. The restaurant is good, breakfast just nice.

The property is very clean. We find the location convenient, surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, Asian stores, and dessert places. Everything is just a short walk away. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with during check-in and checkout. There is a secure parking area available. We will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip but will choose a different room.

The staffs were super amazing and very helpful especially a Bhutan young man like Jewhad or something similar being the name, an amazing , very kind and helpful and a totally super efficient staff. Made us felt comfortable and enjoy our stay. He addressed our concern straight away and even attended into our bedroom to set up our air conditioning remote. Fixed our leaking sink and just shared few jokes with us. Such an amazing, very respectful guy and very very helpful and understanding. This hotel is blessed to have these kind of people and we loved it when he's around. Thanks heaps Great Southern Hotel. Please pass our appreciation to this staff. Hes such an asset. Bless him ♥️♥️♥️

What a great hotel. We stayed for 6 nights whilst visiting our son in Perth. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough to help you. We had a queen superior room, which had a small bar style fridge, kettle, coffee tea making facilities, and microwave. Bed was very comfy, smart TV. Breakfast served every morning. All in all, a great stay. So much so that we are back again for a 17-night stay this time. Great location for the city, local transport, and 20 mins for the beaches I would definitely give it a go. You won't be disappointed

I like everything about it. The location was amazing; whatever you need is just a matter of walking out of the hotel's doors. The staff were so helpful and friendly. In terms of cleanliness, it has been the cleanest hotel that I have encountered yet. Not stopping from there, the room was spacious and comfortable, giving a good night before my important day. In conclusion, I can't vote for it high enough to meet the standards that the hotel provides to its guests.

We Booked a room to accommodate 3 people each with our own bed, the room was excellent it was very roomy and contained 2 singles and a double/queen which by the looks of it could of separated to 2 more singles so the room potentially can house 4 people if separate beds are required. The bathroom was also impressive in size with a large mirror and two sinks so plenty of room to get ready. The bath was a single spa bath with the shower in the same area (great shower to) and it was lovely and clean as was the room.

Room was spacious and had a microwave, kettle and fridge. Bed was very comfy and clean. You can reach the CBD fairly easily if you catch the free blue CAT bus from about 10 mins walk from the hotel. The front desk staff were also very helpful. A bonus was that in the lobby there was a luggage scale for use! Would definitely recommend and stay here again
